Comet NEOWISE is on it’s way out of our solar system and won’t be back for a predicted 6,800 years. A once in a multiple lifetime celestial experience to watch, I wanted to try and get out of Denver to see the three mile hurtling sphere of rock and ice. I headed up past Allenspark in the Rocky Mountains to Saint Catherine’s Chapel on the Rock and was lucky enough to catch a few frames before the clouds socked in the night sky.
