2018 Cheesman Park Art Festival

After three years of living in Denver, the Cheesman Park Arts Festival is still one of my favorite events that happen every July! For the past six years, the festival has been bringing together a wide variety of artists in a fun and family friendly atmosphere. They say that art is in the eye of the beholder. If that is the case then there was some amazing pieces being displayed in Denver over the weekend. There were colorful paintings by Joseph Magnano, jewelry designed by Harold Lujan, clay pottery thrown by Colleen Everett and an assortment of amazing photographers, painters, sculptors, metal workers glass blowers and other artists that really rounded out a great festival. There was also a slew of live music, food trucks and children’s activities in case shopping for art isn’t enough.
